Previous Issues
BT have advised us of some essential maintenance work that they are going to be performing in Docklands which will affect all our broadband customers. The work is scheduled to take place on Monday 28th June between midnight and 6am. Service may be unavailable for up to 3 hours but will more likely be no more than 30 minutes.
A network failure at LINX (the London InterNet eXchange) which first
surfaced earlier the previous day (16th) left our customers isolated
from most web sites, especially from midnight until 01:30. The issue
was fully resolved by 02:00.
