The small print

Our web hosting plus package includes 8GB of monthly bandwidth allowance. If you reach this limit, you will not be able to transfer any more data until the following month. You can remedy this by upgrading to a bigger package, or simply wait until your bandwidth counter is reset.

All hosting packages come with PHP 5, Ruby on Rails, Perl CGI, SSI scripting and FrontPage Extensions enabled as standard. Please note, to provide a fair service for all customers we may limit the amount of resources each account can use during busy periods.

There is a 99.8% monthly uptime guarantee on this hosting package. If we have been unable to deliver this guarantee, we will refund your hosting bill for that month upon request. Our hosting server(s) are monitored by an independent monitoring platform, and we will only base our uptime from the results of this platform. Please note, any refunds are issued at the discretion of the management.
