The small print

The actual speed you receive depends on the quality and length of your telephone line, and network congestion.

If you already have broadband with another BT "IPstream" based provider, you can migrate to our service free of charge. If your broadband is delivered via LLU, you may have to cease your current service and reactivate with us. Please contact us for more information.
