The small print

It is possible to achieve up to 20Mb download and 1.3Mb upload speeds on our service if you are in our network coverage area. If your area is not yet covered by our network, we may be able to supply you with Premium8 Broadband packages instead. The actual speed you receive depends on the quality and length of your telephone line, and network congestion.

If you already have broadband with another BT "IPstream" based provider, you can migrate to our service free of charge. If your broadband is delivered via LLU, you may have to cease your current service and reactivate with us. Please contact us for more information.
